Impact : To improve our service to our customers, we will be doing maintenance in our PoP Cempaka Mas on 28 and 29 January 2012. Customers that connected to our BTS wirelessly or by infrastructure connected through Fiber Optic to our POP in Cempaka Mas will experience performance degradation in internet connection. User will experience performance degradation during the maintenance window with no longer than 15 minutes interruption period per customer.
